If you bought and it is not right
Write to support@georgeergemlidze.com within 14 days of your purchase, from the address you bought with, and say what went wrong. If the plug-in does not work on your system and we cannot fix it, or you bought it by mistake, you get your money back.
A refund ends the license: the plug-in is deactivated on your computers.
How the money comes back
Purchases are made through Moonbase, the seller named on your order. A refund goes back the way you paid, and reaches you in the time your bank or card company takes.

If you live in the European Union or the EEA, the Moonbase terms for buyers explain your statutory right of withdrawal and when it ends for digital downloads. Nothing on this page takes away rights the law of your country gives you.
